Retirements

• Support for NDS for NT, also known as Corporate Management and Novell Account Management has been withdrawn. Programs domgrps and domusers are no longer available, and the relevant code has been removed from jrbimprt, creatobj, copy_obj and setpword.
• Support for the old queue based printing job configurations has been withdrawn. The edit_pjc program is no longer available and support for displaying configurations has been removed from lscripts.
