Renaming of programs

The following programs have been renamed:

• Adgetquota has been renamed to adgetvolquota.
• Adsetquota has been renamed to adsetvolquota.

The original intention was to have one program display both disk (volume) and directory quotas, and another to set both. But due to the number of differences between the two quota systems, the functionality has been kept separate.
